Do you know the refrigeration cycle inside and out? Are error codes a fun challenge for you rather than gibberish? Then we need you as a Heat Pump Service Technician (m/f/d) for our jobs across NRW.

Your job with us:

• The Optimizer: You handle regular maintenance and make sure our customers' pumps are running at peak efficiency.
• The Guide: You show customers how to get the most out of their new tech.

What you bring to the table:

• The Basics: You’re a trained refrigeration technician, HVAC pro, or have a similar background.
• The Must-Have: We can’t do it without your refrigerant handling license (Kälteschein) – that’s a requirement!
• Experience: You’ve seen the inside of plenty of heat pumps and know how to maintain and troubleshoot them.
• Mindset: You’re big on customer service, enjoy being on the road (across NRW), and like working independently.
