On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Heat Pump Service Technician (m/f/d).

Do you know the refrigeration cycle inside and out? Are error codes a fun challenge for you rather than a mystery? Then we need you as a Heat Pump Service Technician (m/f/d) for jobs across NRW.

Your Job:

• The Rescuer: When a system acts up, you’re on the spot to find the glitch and fix it.
• The Tune-up Expert: You’ll handle regular maintenance to keep our customers' pumps running efficiently.
• The Guide: You’ll show customers how to get the most out of their new tech.
• Cutting-edge Tech: You’ll be working with the latest gear from top-tier manufacturers.

What You Bring to the Table:

• The Basics: You’re a trained refrigeration technician, HVAC pro, or have a similar background.
• The Must-have: You can’t do this without your refrigerant handling license (Kälteschein) – it’s mandatory!
• Experience: You’ve seen the inside of plenty of heat pumps and know how to maintain and troubleshoot them.
• Mindset: You’re big on customer service, enjoy being on the road (throughout NRW), and like working independently.
