We’re looking for a HVAC Technician / Plumber for heat pumps on behalf of our client. They’re a leading construction company specializing in eco-friendly energy solutions for houses and apartment buildings. Their focus is on efficient heating, sustainable hot water, and cost-saving power generation using modern tech like heat pumps, solar panels, and smart meters. Your job
- Installing and upgrading heating systems: Tearing out old oil or gas heaters (mostly in existing family homes) and installing air-to-water heat pumps in a 2-person team—no foundation work required
- Clean and professional installation, flushing, and commissioning of modern heat pump systems (Viessmann, Buderus)
- Showing customers how to use their new system, including professional handovers and documentation
- Driving directly from home to the job site—overnight stays required for long-distance jobs
What you bring to the table
- A completed apprenticeship as an HVAC technician, plumber, refrigeration tech, or a similar field in building technology
- Experience installing heating systems, ideally heat pumps
- A Class B driver’s license and a willingness to travel with overnight stays for jobs further away
- Strong problem-solving skills and a self-reliant, organized way of working
