About the role
- You’ll take charge of your own installation projects, swapping out old heating systems for modern air-to-water heat pumps
- You’ll be out and about visiting customers in and around Hannover, equipped with a van full of top-tier tools
- You’ll have another mechanic or a trainee working right by your side
- You’ll work closely with a team of planners, logistics experts, and customer service staff who’ve got your back during installs
- You’ll help constantly improve how things are done. Our client aims to make the installation process super efficient by focusing on heat pumps and digital workflows.
What you should bring to the table
- You’re a trained HVAC mechanic focused on heating technology, or you have similar training/experience in heating installations
- Ideally, you’ve already installed heat pumps and want to specialize in them
- Just like our client, you care a lot about customer satisfaction and always want to deliver the best results
- You’re comfortable in a modern, digital work environment and you’re a true team player
