About the role

• You’ll take charge of your own installation projects, swapping out old heating systems for modern air-to-water heat pumps
• You’ll be out on the road visiting customers around Hamburg in a van stocked with the best tools and equipment
• You’ll have another technician or a trainee working right by your side
• You’ll also work closely with a team of planners, logistics experts, and customer service staff who support you during the install
• You’ll help constantly improve how things are done. By focusing on heat pumps and digital workflows, the goal is to make the installation process as efficient as possible

What you should bring to the table

• You’re a trained HVAC technician (Sanitary, Heating, and Air Conditioning) with a focus on heating technology, or you have similar training/experience in heating installations
• Ideally, you’ve already installed heat pumps and want to specialize in them
• Just like our client, you care deeply about customer satisfaction and always want to deliver the best results
• You’re comfortable in a modern, digital work environment and you’re a true team player
