Tasks at Geiger:

• Assembly work for building new water purification plants as part of environmental remediation projects and in the field of industrial and landfill leachate treatment, e.g., welding pipes (mostly plastic)
• Carrying out electrical and mechanical maintenance and repair work on water purification plants
• Finding causes of errors and fixing malfunctions on water purification plants
• Checking and setting process parameters
• Plant documentation and keeping operational logs

What we're looking forward to:

• Completed training as a plant mechanic (m/f/d), metalworker (m/f/d), locksmith (m/f/d), heating and plumbing installer (m/f/d), mechatronics technician (m/f/d), electrician (m/f/d), electronics technician (m/f/d), automation technician (m/f/d), industrial electronics technician (m/f/d) or similar
• Preferably experience in plant construction and ideally in plant service
• Knowledge in measurement, control, and regulation technology is a plus
• Willingness to travel for assembly – we cover the costs for good single rooms, plus a daily allowance
• Class B driver's license
