HVAC Technician (m/f/d) for Heat Pumps - Frankfurt

We’re looking for an HVAC Installation Mechanic (m/f/d) specializing in heat pumps for our client in Frankfurt.

About the role:

• You’ll run your own installation projects, swapping out old heating systems for modern air-to-water heat pumps
• You’ll be out and about in the Frankfurt area in a van stocked with the best tools and equipment
• You’ll have an apprentice or trainee by your side to help out and learn the ropes from you
• You’ll work closely with a team of planners, logistics experts, and customer service staff who’ve got your back during installs
• You’ll help tweak and improve processes. Our client wants to make installations super efficient by focusing on heat pumps and digital workflows.

What you should bring to the table:

• You’re a trained HVAC mechanic focused on heating technology, or you have similar experience in heating installations
• Ideally, you’ve installed heat pumps before and want to specialize in them
• Just like our client, you care a lot about customer satisfaction and always want to deliver the best results
• You’re comfortable in a modern, digital work environment and you’re a true team player
