Heat Pump Installation Foreman (m/f/d) - Company Car Included!

We’re looking for a Heat Pump Installation Foreman (m/f/d) on behalf of our client.

💭 What you’ll be doing:

• Taking on the foreman role, handling coordination and planning alongside the Project Manager.
• Installing heat pumps at customer sites with a team of 1-2 technicians.
• Digging, laying pipes, and swapping out valves.
• Installing about 2 heat pumps per week.

👨‍🔧 What you need:

• No formal HVAC training required—just solid experience with heat pumps!
• Willingness to travel (5 days a week, Monday to Friday).
• Hands-on trade experience.
• Physical fitness.
• A driver’s license is a plus.
