Heat Pump Technician (m/f/d) Potsdam

We’re looking for a Heat Pump Installation Mechanic (m/f/d) in Potsdam on behalf of our client.

About the role:

• You’ll run your own installation projects, swapping out old heating systems for modern air-to-water heat pumps
• You’ll be out and about visiting customers in the Berlin region in a van stocked with the best tools and equipment
• You’ll have an apprentice or trainee by your side to help out and learn from you
• You’ll work closely with a team of planners, logistics experts, and customer service staff who support you during installs
• You’ll help improve workflows, aiming to make the installation process super efficient through specialization and digital tools

What you should bring to the table:

• You’re a trained HVAC technician specializing in heating, or you have similar training/experience in heating installation
• Ideally, you’ve already installed heat pumps and want to specialize in them
• You care deeply about customer satisfaction and always want to deliver the best results
• You’re comfortable in a modern, digital work environment and you’re a true team player
