About the role:
- You’ll run your own installation projects, swapping out old heating systems for modern air-to-water heat pumps
- You’ll be out and about visiting customers in the Berlin area in a van stocked with the best tools and equipment
- You’ll have an apprentice or trainee by your side to help out and learn the ropes from you
- You’ll work closely with a team of planners, logistics experts, and customer service staff who’ve got your back during installations
- You’ll help constantly improve how things are done. The goal is to make the installation process super efficient by focusing on heat pumps and digital workflows.
What you should bring to the table:
- You’re a trained HVAC technician (Sanitary, Heating, and Air Conditioning) with a focus on heating technology, or you have similar training/experience in heating installation
- Ideally, you’ve already installed heat pumps and want to specialize in them
- You care deeply about customer satisfaction and always want to deliver the best results
- You’re comfortable in a modern, digital workspace and you’re a true team player
