We’re looking for an HVAC Team Lead (m/f/d) specializing in heating technology on behalf of our client.

About the Role
- You’ll lead a team of installers and trainees working on modern air-to-water heat pump projects.
- You’ll regularly get your hands dirty on installation projects yourself while mentoring new hires.
- You’ll make sure the teams stick to the processes, ensuring top-notch installation quality and happy customers.
- You’ll work closely with the Regional Manager, planners, and the Ops Excellence team to keep things running smoothly and improve how we work.
- You’ll collaborate with the Academy, where new team members are selected and trained.
What You Should Bring to the Table
- You’re a Master Craftsman or a highly experienced Journeyman in HVAC (Sanitation, Heating, Air Conditioning) with a focus on heating tech—ideally, you’re already familiar with heat pumps.
- You’re up to date with the latest tech and have plenty of experience installing systems at customer sites.
- You’ve led teams before and are respected by your colleagues for both your skills and your personality.
- You’re big on customer satisfaction and always want to get the best result for the client.
- You’re comfortable in a modern, digital work environment and you’re a true team player.
