When will you start?
About the Role
- At our location in Herzogenaurach, you'll lead the operations and ensure our heat pump installations run smoothly.
- You'll manage a team of team leaders, HVAC installers, and electricians, and continue to expand it.
- You'll be in close contact with the procurement & planning departments and oversee the projects.
- You'll ensure quality standards, KPIs, and processes are adhered to.
What You Should Bring
- Completed training in the HVAC field or a comparable qualification, ideally with a master's or technician's degree.
- Knowledge in project management (e.g., resource planning, scheduling, budget control).
- Basic knowledge in electrical engineering, especially related to heat pump installations.
- Experience working with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Proficiency with common IT tools (MS Office, project software, possibly ERP systems).
- Strong communication skills and assertiveness to coordinate both the team and external partners.
- Willingness for continuous education in renewable energy and heat pump technology.
