We’re looking for a HVAC Technician / Plumber for Heat Pumps (m/f/d) on behalf of our client – working in a 2-person team starting directly from home.

Your Job
- Installing and modernizing heating systems: Tearing out old oil or gas heaters (mostly in existing single-family homes) and installing air-to-water heat pumps in a 2-person team – no foundation work required
- Clean and compliant installation, flushing, and commissioning of modern heat pump systems (Viessmann, Buderus)
- Showing customers how to use their new heating system with a professional handover and documentation
- Driving directly from home to the job site – with overnight stays for long-distance jobs
Your Profile
- Completed vocational training as an HVAC technician, plumber, refrigeration technician, or a similar field in building technology
- Experience installing heating tech, preferably heat pumps
- Class B driver’s license and a willingness to travel with overnight stays for jobs further away
- Strong problem-solving skills and a self-reliant, organized way of working
