About the role:

• You’ll take charge of your own installation projects, swapping out old heating systems for modern air-to-water heat pumps
• You’ll be out and about in your region in a van stocked with the best tools and equipment
• You’ll have another mechanic or a trainee working right by your side
• You’ll work closely with a team of planners, logistics experts, and customer service staff who support you during the install
• You’ll help constantly improve processes. Our client wants to make installations super efficient by focusing on heat pumps and digital workflows

What you should bring to the table:

• You’re a trained HVAC mechanic specializing in heating technology, or you have similar training/experience in heating installation
• Ideally, you’ve installed heat pumps before and want to specialize in them
• Like our client, you care a lot about customer satisfaction and always want the best result for the client
• You’re comfortable in a modern, digital work environment and you’re a total team player
