What you will do with us
On behalf of our client, we're looking for a Heat Pump Trainer (m/f/d) - company car included!
Your tasks
- You'll run hands-on training sessions right on the construction site and show installation teams how to properly install heat pumps.
- You'll guide new teams through their first projects, help them get things done, and make sure they can work confidently on their own after a short time.
- You'll check that quality and safety standards are being met on-site and give constructive feedback to help the teams keep improving.
- You'll work closely with technical departments and the central training team to keep improving training materials and keep them up to date.
- You'll be on the road regularly in your area and play an active part in bringing eco-friendly heating to everyone.
Your profile
- Successfully completed HVAC training
- Experience with heating systems and heat pumps
- At least 2 years of work experience
- Good German skills
- Class B driver's license
- Fully ready to travel (5 days/week)
