What you will do with us
On behalf of our client, we’re looking for a Mobile Heat Pump Trainer (m/f/d) – company car included!
Your Tasks
- You’ll run hands-on training sessions right on the construction site, teaching installation teams how to professionally set up heat pumps.
- You’ll guide new teams through their first projects, helping them get things done and making sure they can work confidently on their own in no time.
- You’ll check that quality and safety standards are being met on-site and give constructive feedback to help the teams keep improving.
- You’ll work closely with technical departments and the central training team to constantly sharpen training materials and keep them up to date.
- You’ll be out and about in your assigned area regularly, playing a key role in bringing climate-friendly heating to the masses.
Your Profile
- Successfully completed vocational training in HVAC (SHK)
- Experience with heating systems and heat pumps
- At least 2 years of professional experience
- Good German skills
- Fully willing to travel (5 days a week)
