What you will do with us
We’re looking for a Heating Engineer / HVAC Technician for heat pumps (m/f/d) on behalf of our client. You’ll work in a 2-person team and start your day right from home. Our client specializes in eco-friendly energy solutions for homes, focusing on efficient heating, sustainable hot water, and cost-saving power using modern tech like heat pumps, PV systems, and smart meters. Your tasks
- Installing and modernizing heating systems: Tearing out old oil or gas heaters (mostly in single-family homes) and installing air-source heat pumps in a 2-person team—no foundation work required
- Clean, professional installation, flushing, and commissioning of modern heat pump systems (Viessmann, Buderus)
- Showing customers how to use their new system, including professional handover and documentation
- Driving directly from home to the job site—overnight stays required for long-distance jobs
Your profile
- Completed vocational training as an HVAC Technician, Heating Engineer, Refrigeration Technician, or a similar field in building technology
- Experience installing heating tech, ideally heat pumps
- Class B driver’s license and a willingness to travel with overnight stays for distant projects
- Strong problem-solving skills and a structured, independent way of working
