As a Foreman - Preparation Team, you not only coordinate processes – you lead your team to success and ensure the readiness of our entire rental fleet.

Your mission with us:

• You take on the professional and disciplinary leadership of your assigned employees, ensuring clear task distribution and a motivating work environment
• You conduct employee discussions confidently, lead regular team meetings, and create efficient personnel deployment planning
• At the location, you coordinate and support container pickups, returns, modifications, and pre-assemblies using all relevant IT systems
• You ensure smooth work preparation and allocation of subcontractors and reliably manage subcontractors and temporary workers alike
• The maintenance and repair of containers are your responsibility
• You are also responsible for the picking and planning of orders
• Additionally, you manage and maintain all IT systems used at the location, such as Quentic, and oversee the daily meeting board and picking slips

What you bring:

• Completed craft training (preferably plumbing, electrical installation, or similar)
• Initial leadership responsibility or a clear motivation to take this step
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Clear and confident communication in German (at least B2 in spoken and written)
• Committed team player with a confident demeanor
