Site Manager / Operations Manager Electrical Engineering m/f/d

Profile:

• Completed studies (Diploma / Bachelor / Master) in civil engineering / electrical engineering or qualification as a master craftsman / technician or comparable qualification
• Desirable: Leadership experience as a site manager / department head / operations manager or in similar positions, such as project manager / technical director
• In-depth knowledge of contract law (VOB / BGB), occupational safety, and quality management
• Good understanding of economic indicators and business relationships in project business

Tasks:

• Organizing and managing the site as well as coordinating ongoing projects
• Professional and disciplinary leadership of employees and trainees, ensuring appropriate personnel planning and development
• Responsibility for strategy and budget planning as well as full entrepreneurial responsibility for results (Profit/Loss)
• Acquiring new customers and maintaining networks, conducting negotiation and award discussions, and renegotiations
• Monitoring and quality assurance of technical processes, as well as responsibility for optimizing processes and awarding contracts to partner companies
