HVAC Journeyman as Project Manager for Heat Pump Installation Teams (m/f/d)

Employment: Full-time · hybrid possible (remote share by arrangement) · approx. 1 travel week per month

Pay: €4,000 – €5,000 gross/month

Your Mission

To make the heating transition work on a large scale, many installation teams need to work together smoothly – and that's exactly what you'll be managing. As a project manager, you'll keep an eye on the workload, deadlines, and quality of your teams, making sure every project is finished on time and done right. You're the link between planning and practice and the brain that makes sure everything runs in the end.

Your Tasks

• Manage capacity: You plan and manage the workload of 5 to 10 installation teams and ensure efficient deployment.
• Take charge of deadlines: You're responsible for the punctual and high-quality completion of projects in your area.
• Lead and support teams: You're the go-to person for your teams, keeping them operational and solving bottlenecks before they become a problem.
• Be present on-site: You'll occasionally visit your teams directly at the construction site to stay close and understand the implementation (traveling about 1 week per month).

Your Profile

• Completed training in the HVAC field (Sanitary, Heating, Air Conditioning) – mandatory, so you can professionally assess your teams' work
• Organizational talent and a good feel for planning, priorities, and workload
• Leadership skills and the ability to coordinate teams even from a distance
• Clear, reliable communication and a solution-oriented way of working
• Willingness to travel about one week per month
• Class B driver's license is a plus
