Your role in the company

In this position, you're responsible for the professional installation, maintenance, and repair of security systems. You'll work independently on diverse projects and ensure our systems work reliably—from setup and commissioning to long-term support.

Your tasks at a glance:

• Independent assembly, installation, programming, and commissioning of voice alarm systems (SAA) and electro-acoustic systems (ELA)
• Creating and maintaining all technical documents like wiring plans, connection and activation documents, as well as sketches of the property, including documentation according to the QM system
• Carrying out measurement and testing tasks according to current standards (DIN VDE, EN 54, DIN 14675) and creating the corresponding protocols
• Maintenance, repair, service, and troubleshooting on existing systems including detailed documentation
• Communication and coordination with customers, clients, and suppliers, as well as customer briefings, training, and support on-site, by phone, or remotely
• Recording customer information, e.g., regarding order expansions, customer wishes, or customer satisfaction, and working closely with the project manager on order billing
• Participation in on-call service

What makes you stand out:

• Completed vocational training in electrical engineering, information and communication technology, or similar fields, e.g., electronics technician for energy and building technology, electronics technician for devices and systems, information electronics technician, or IT specialist for system integration
• Several years of professional experience in electrical engineering, security technology, or IT system technology
• Practical experience in assembly, service, commissioning, and maintenance of security systems
• Solid knowledge of voice alarm systems (SAA) and electro-acoustic systems (ELA)
• Knowledge of relevant standards: DIN VDE, EN 54, DIN 14675, DIN 4102, MLAR
• Basic knowledge of business administration, IT, and computers
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
• High reliability, commitment, and willingness to perform
• Strong communication skills, teamwork, and a clear focus on the customer
• Confident, reliable, and friendly demeanor
• Business-fluent German skills (C1)
• Class B driver's license
