What you will do with us
- Tasks
- You'll handle the independent calculation of services for turnkey building projects.
- You'll also be responsible for reviewing and evaluating tenders.
- You'll assist in creating service specifications.
- Your tasks include developing special proposals.
- As a project engineer, you'll participate in contract negotiations with clients and subcontractors.
- What we rely on
- Successfully completed studies in civil engineering/architecture or comparable knowledge/training (e.g., as a technician in the field of building construction).
- Several years of professional experience in the calculation, tendering, and technical awarding of all trades in turnkey building construction.
- Proficient use of MS Office and RIB iTWO Baseline.
- Initial experience with the BIM method is an advantage.
- Quick comprehension, independent working style, and analytical, process-oriented thinking.
- Structured and independent solution-oriented working style.
- Strong team spirit.
