Site Foreman/Construction Manager – Shell & Core Building, Major Project in Darmstadt (m/f/d)
What you will do with us
Tasks
- You're in charge of managing and handling turnkey projects
- On top of that, you'll help out with work prep
- You'll coordinate subcontractors and check their quality and workflows on-site
- In your role, you'll organize and document everything happening on the construction site
What we're looking for
- Completed training as a foreman, master craftsman, or construction technician
- Several years of experience as a foreman or site manager
- Solid technical understanding
- Self-starter attitude and willing to travel within Germany
- Good communication skills and ready to get stuck in
- Solid MS Office skills
