
Electrical Project Manager (m/f/d) | Up to 35 Vacation Days
What you will do with us
Tasks
- Technical and disciplinary responsibility for the employees in your team (about 20 people)
 - Responsibility for delivering the contractually agreed services for complex technical systems of all trades (electrical, mechanical, etc.)
 - Main contact for the customer in all matters of technical building management TGA
 
Profile
- Training as, for example, an electrician, energy systems electrician, electrical installer, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and plumbing systems mechanic / HVAC
 - Further training as a technician, master craftsman, bachelor, engineer - ideally in facility management and/or in technical building equipment, supply technology, heating-ventilation-air conditioning technology, or electrical engineering
 - Several years of professional and leadership experience in a comparable position
 - German language skills at least C1 / Driver's license class B
 - Good knowledge of MS Office, SAP, and Planon is required
 - Good quality and cost awareness and high service orientation
