Fitter / Welder Pipeline Construction m/f/d

Profile:

• Training as a pipeline builder / metalworker / construction mechanic / skilled worker for welding technology / plant mechanic m/f/d with experience in pipeline construction and ideally several years of professional experience
• Welder training according to DIN EN ISO 9606-1 and GW 350 (welding process manual arc welding (111) for pipelines) desirable
• Driver's license class B required, class C1 and C1E would be desirable
• German language skills at least level B2
• Independent, committed, and motivated work style as well as reliability, communication, and teamwork skills

Tasks:

• You build supply lines and house connections (gas/water/district heating) and carry out repair, maintenance, and servicing work in the supply networks
• You independently assemble pipelines made of PEHD, steel, cast iron, and PVC in various dimensions and perform pressure and leak tests
• Production of X-ray-safe welds according to quality specifications on construction sites
• Independently aligning metal constructions using tacking and welding according to technical drawings and isometries
• Keeping pipe books and documentation as well as supporting activities in the area of quality inspection
