Tasks

• You'll take on the independent setup of a unit within Germany for the healthcare and laboratory construction sector.
• You'll acquire new clients and projects.
• You'll be responsible for the cost estimation of each project.
• In your role, you'll manage the construction projects.
• You'll lead the staff and contribute to personnel development.
• You'll be accountable for the unit's revenue and results.
• You'll maintain close communication with colleagues/experts in the healthcare and laboratory construction sector in Switzerland.
