Lean Specialist (m/f/d) Building Construction
What you will do with us
- Tasks
- You bring your construction site experience to the table to help our teams implement the Lean approach in the building construction division.
- You assist site managers and foremen (m/f/d) in introducing Lean methods directly on the construction site.
- You facilitate meetings like the Lean schedule, support daily management, and identify improvement potential on-site.
- You develop practical solutions and contribute your construction experience to the further development of our Lean tools.
- You assist in planning construction site setups, construction processes, and schedules.
- You help pass on our know-how to new colleagues (m/f/d) – for example, through training or on-site coaching.
- You collaborate with experts from various fields, such as BIM, occupational safety, or project management.
- What We Rely On
- Several years of professional experience in building construction – for example, as a site manager, foreman (m/f/d), or in work preparation.
- Good knowledge of construction execution and a practical understanding of construction processes.
- Enthusiasm for Lean Construction and the motivation to actively improve construction processes.
- Some initial experience with Lean methods (e.g., takt planning, weekly planning, shop floor management) or the desire to specifically develop in this area.
- Enjoy questioning things and finding new solutions with colleagues (m/f/d).
- Confident demeanor, strong communication skills, and the ability to inspire others with new ideas.
- Willingness to support colleagues (m/f/d) on construction sites across Germany on a day-to-day basis and as agreed.
