Your tasks – demanding, responsible, impactful

• Setting up and developing structures, processes, and tools for cost control and cost monitoring
• Checking cost targets and advising the client on adjustments during the project
• Allocating and updating the project budget to procurement packages
• Ongoing recording and evaluation of cost-relevant information to update the projected total costs
• Analysis of supplementary developments, additional and reduced costs, and other budget-relevant changes
• Comparison of budget, contract, billing, and forecast values
• Creating extrapolations, forecasts, and cash flow planning in close coordination with project managers
• Conducting regular cost reviews and preparing decision-making bases for clients and project management
• Setting up and updating project-related risk management with a focus on costs
• Responsibility for cost-related reporting
• Active development of processes as well as care and support for our cost management tool

Your profile – experience meets the drive to shape things

• Completed degree in civil engineering, architecture, industrial engineering, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in cost management or cost controlling of building and/or infrastructure projects
• Good knowledge in structuring and managing budgets, procurement packages, contracts, supplements, additional costs, and forecasts
• Very good Excel skills and experience using common cost control software; knowledge of PROBIS, poolarproject, or similar systems is a plus
• High affinity for databases and systems; knowledge of SQL-based data structures is desirable
• Confident and reliable manner towards internal and external project participants
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working
• Very good German skills, both written and spoken
