Tasks
  Your main tasks include managing construction logistics projects, keeping an eye on deadlines, quality, and costs.
  You'll be responsible for preparing monthly and annual financial statements as well as liquidity planning.
  You act as a point of contact and are responsible for evaluating and clarifying commercial issues in collaboration with specialist departments and external companies.
  A key focus is on project controlling, which involves monitoring project goals regarding scheduling, billing, costs, performance, liquidity, and quality.

What We Rely On
  Completed commercial training or studies with experience in the construction industry, preferably with a focus on accounting and controlling, or a comparable qualification.
  Previous professional experience in controlling, finance, and accounting, ideally with experience in managing and handling joint ventures.
  Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
  Solution-oriented and reliable work approach.
  Understanding of technical connections and processes related to construction logistics and projects.
  Very good PC skills, SAP knowledge is desirable.
