Commercial Project Manager (m/f/d) Building Construction, Frankfurt Branch
What you will do with us
- Tasks
- You're in charge of coordinating and handling all the financial aspects of construction projects.
- You check invoices from suppliers and subcontractors.
- You handle internal and external billing for services.
- You ensure proper subcontractor billing.
- You manage reporting and contribute to the monthly financial results.
- Your other tasks include maintaining work calculations, creating target-actual comparisons, and preparing liquidity plans.
- What we rely on
- Completed commercial training
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience in the commercial management of construction projects
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, SAP, and RIB iTWO
- Strong teamwork and customer orientation
- Teamwork, flexibility, organizational skills, and an independent and committed work style complete your profile.
