Areas of Responsibility

• Overall project management of complex infrastructure projects, especially in road and bridge construction, through all phases according to HOAI and AHO
• Coordination and support of Deutsche Bahn measures within overarching infrastructure projects
• Coordination, management, and integration of utility providers (suppliers, network operators, etc.) in all project phases
• Participation in land acquisition processes, permit agreements, and property securities
• Organization, management, and moderation of collaboration among all internal and external project participants
• Ensuring cost, schedule, and quality goals as well as active risk and opportunity management
• Ongoing, structured information for clients, preparation of decision-making bases, and active decision facilitation

Qualifications

• Completed technical studies, e.g., Civil Engineering, Traffic Engineering, or similar
• Several years of experience in project management of infrastructure measures, ideally in road and bridge construction
• Proven experience in supporting and coordinating Deutsche Bahn measures
• Solid knowledge in dealing with utility providers and coordinating supply infrastructures
• Experience in land acquisition and property-related coordination is an advantage
• Strong communication skills, negotiation confidence, and a confident demeanor
• Ability to comprehensively understand technical, organizational, and economic contexts
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
• Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
