
HR Rewards Specialist (m/f/d)
What you will do with us
- Your Tasks
- Compensation & Bonus Models
- Advising on classifications, offers, and both tariff and non-tariff salaries
- Further development of bonus and project bonus systems in Germany and Europe
- Support on topics related to pay transparency and internal pay structures
- Global Mobility / Assignments
- Accompanying assignments and deployments abroad in Europe
- Coordination with tax advisors, payroll, and finance
- Establishing clear, practical standards for mobility
- Numbers, Reporting & Digitalization
- Creation and further development of HR metrics and financial reports in the rewards area
- Close collaboration with finance on budgets, scenarios, and forecasts
- Optimization and digitalization of processes

- What We Build On
- Completed studies in business administration, economics, HR, finance, or similar
- Ideally 5 years of experience in compensation & benefits/rewards, global mobility, HR controlling – ideally in a corporation or larger medium-sized company
- Confident handling of numbers and Excel, high affinity for tools and digitalization
- Understanding of German labor law, tariff and non-tariff structures; knowledge of construction tariffs is an advantage
- Fluent in German, very good in English
