Safety Specialist / HSEQ Manager m/f/d

Working Hours: Full-time (permanent)
Tasks
- Coordinate construction sites regarding logistics and safety, including safety inspections
- Conduct construction meetings to coordinate workflows and safety measures, ensuring implementation on site
- Assist in investigating causes, recording, evaluating, and organizing measures for workplace accidents
- Participate in creating risk assessments and conducting internal HSEQ audits, tracking HSEQ goals
- Plan, monitor, organize, and coordinate site setup
Profile
- Training as a safety specialist or in a technical field (e.g., as an electrician) or a comparable qualification
- Alternatively: Degree (e.g., safety engineering/electrical engineering) or further training as a technician/master
- At least 4 years of experience in safety/HSEQ on construction sites, preferably in construction logistics
- Structured work approach with clear goal and solution orientation and good communication with all construction participants
- Class B driver's license and good MS Office skills
