Claim Manager (m/f/d) for Major Building Projects
What you will do with us
- Tasks
- You identify, record, and assess claims (addendums) on the construction site
- You analyze contract and addendum documents
- You document deviations, disruptions, and additional services
- You support the construction management in enforcing addendums
- You create calculations, addendum offers, and negotiation documents
- As a claim manager, you negotiate with clients, subcontractors, and partners
- You work closely with project management, construction management, and the legal department
- You ensure the claim strategy is implemented on-site
- What we rely on
- Completed studies in civil engineering, industrial engineering, or a comparable qualification
- Professional experience in claim/addendum management or construction project management
- In-depth knowledge of contract and addendum matters
- Assertiveness and negotiation skills
- Analytical thinking and a structured approach to work
- Proficient in MS Office and ideally project management tools
- Strong communication skills in German
- Willingness to travel and flexibility to work on construction sites within Germany
