Truck driver (m/f/d) as a relief driver across Germany

You want to be on the road – but not in the same place every day? If you like taking responsibility, have your truck under control, and don't need every day to be the same – then you're in the right place with us. As a relief driver, you'll drive for ALGECO to different locations. You bring our space solutions to customers – on time, safely, and professionally. This way, you make sure construction sites can start, offices can work, and schools can hold classes. In short: You bring space to where it's needed.

Your mission with us:

• You handle deliveries and pickups in the region – and across regions if needed – making sure everything runs smoothly
• You coordinate your trips in close consultation with dispatch and depots, ensuring everything arrives on schedule
• You handle trucks, trailers, and crane attachments safely and responsibly – road safety and securing construction sites are top priorities for you
• You load and unload containers and accessories, help with assembly and disassembly on construction sites, and align container systems precisely
• You hand over smaller units directly to the customer and carefully document all work steps
• Taking care of the vehicle and materials is a natural part of your daily work – keeping the tech in good shape is a matter of honor for you

What you bring to the table:

• You have a Class CE driver's license with a valid driver card – ideally topped off with a forklift or crane license
• You already have experience as a driver in local or long-distance transport, as well as completed training according to the BKrQG
• Reliability, independence, and a sharp eye for the big picture set you apart – you know what needs to be done without being told
• You are friendly, professional, and service-oriented when dealing with customers
• Technical understanding is just part of who you are, and you pick up new tasks quickly
• You speak good German (at least B2) and are flexible and love to travel – being on the road isn't a chore for you, it's one of your strengths
