Construction Manager for Pipeline Construction / Gas / Water / District Heating m/f/d

Profile:

  • Completed master craftsman or technician training as a pipeline constructor / HVAC systems mechanic or heating installation technician m/f/d
  • Initial experience as a construction manager m/f/d, in a coordinating role is desirable or the confidence to grow into this role
  • Good MS Office skills and a Class B driver's license
  • Independent and committed work style, negotiation skills, and enjoyment of teamwork and achieving project goals together, along with a willingness for continuous further training

Tasks:

  • You are responsible for coordinating construction sites in the field of pipeline construction and handle, create, assess, and review tender documents for gas, water, and district heating projects
  • You take responsibility for projects from planning to completion and ensure the economic, technical, and timely execution of your orders, including creating measurements
  • You plan your team and manage equipment and material deployment for your construction sites, including managing suppliers and subcontractors
  • You keep track of compliance with internal and overarching quality management guidelines and adherence to regulations (HSEQ / occupational safety) to successfully achieve project goals
  • You are a competent contact person for customers, suppliers, authorities, and internal colleagues in project execution and actively drive optimizations
