Aim high: Your creative space

• Take full responsibility for managing our shell construction projects according to the HOAI service phases (6-9)
• Actively manage and control the construction site regarding deadlines, costs, and quality
• Ensure quality and create and adhere to schedules for construction processes
• Act as a competent contact person for all project participants
• Document construction progress using the company's own site manager app

Solid foundation: Your base

• Completed studies in civil engineering, training as a construction technician, or a comparable qualification
• Ideally, at least 2 years of professional experience in shell construction management
• Knowledge of the regional subcontractor and supplier market
• Assertiveness, structured and economic thinking
• Ideally, knowledge of VOB
