Tasks at Geiger

• Operating crawler excavators, bulldozers, wheel loaders, rollers, and dumpers – some with GPS control
• Supra-regional/assembly deployment on demolition, remediation, and landfill construction sites

Development into a foreman (m/f/d) through things like:

• Support in organizing and coordinating workflows with an eye on future leadership tasks
• Participation in targeted further training and qualification measures – we cover the costs
• Hands-on support from experienced colleagues who will guide you on your way
• Long-term perspective: Independent leadership of a construction site team and taking over foreman duties after successful qualification

What we're looking for

• Ideally, completed training as a construction equipment operator (m/f/d) or relevant, multi-year professional experience
• Motivation for personal development and taking on leadership responsibility
• Willingness to participate in training and further education to become a foreman (m/f/d)
• Flexibility to work at changing locations – we cover the costs for good single rooms, plus a daily allowance
• Independent and self-reliant way of working
• Teamwork skills, organizational talent, and a sense of responsibility
