Tasks at Geiger
- Operating chain excavators, bulldozers, wheel loaders, rollers, and dumpers – some with GPS control
- Regional/assembly deployment on demolition, remediation, and landfill construction sites
- Development to foreman (m/f/d) through:
- Assisting in organizing and coordinating work processes with a view to future leadership tasks
- Participating in targeted training and qualification measures – we cover the costs
- Practical support from experienced colleagues who will guide you on your way
- Prospectively: Independent management of a construction site team and taking on foreman duties after successful qualification

- Ideally, completed training as a construction equipment operator (m/f/d) or relevant, several years of professional experience
- Motivation for personal development and taking on leadership responsibilities
- Willingness to participate in training and further education to become a foreman (m/f/d)
