Working Student Founders Associate & Sales Ops – up to €23 (m/f/d)

We’re looking for a Working Student Founders Associate & Sales Ops for one of our clients, paying up to €23/hr. Your Mission (Hybrid / Remote)

• Sales Operations: You’ll manage and level up our sales department, making sure our data is clean and our processes are automated.
• Strategic Growth: You’ll analyze the current sales funnel, spot any bottlenecks, and come up with new ways to improve our sales process.
• Frontline Experience: You’ll shadow the founder in client meetings, handle the prep and follow-up, and use those insights to create new scripts and best practices.
• Reporting & Governance: You’ll build meaningful reports and dashboards to drive decision-making in our weekly sales meetings, which you’ll also help prep.

Your Profile

• Academic Background: Ideally, you’re currently doing your Master’s (Business, Info Systems, Management, or similar).
• Relevant Experience: You need some skin in the game. You’ve already done internships in Sales Ops, BizDev, Consulting, or at a fast-growing startup.
• Tech-Savvy: Salesforce isn't a foreign language to you; ideally, you’ve already used it hands-on.
• Drive & Mindset: Your CV shows you’re willing to go the extra mile. You’re super organized, analytical, and have the grit to get projects over the finish line on your own.
• Communication: You’re confident, can turn complex info into clear guides, and speak/write fluently in both German and English.
