Working Student Founders Associate & Sales Ops – up to €23 (m/f/d)

Your Mission

• Sales Operations: You’ll manage and optimize our sales department, making sure our data is clean and our processes are automated.
• Strategic Growth: You’ll analyze the current sales funnel, spot bottlenecks, and come up with new ways to level up our sales process.
• Frontline Experience: You’ll shadow the founder in customer meetings, handle the prep and follow-up, and use those insights to create new scripts and best practices.
• Reporting & Governance: You’ll build solid reports and dashboards to drive decision-making in our weekly sales meetings, which you’ll proactively help set up.

Your Profile

• Academic Background: Ideally, you’re currently working toward a Master’s degree (Business, Info Systems, Management, or similar).
• Relevant Experience: You’ve got to have some skin in the game. You’ve already completed internships in Sales Ops, BizDev, Consulting, or at a fast-growing startup.
• Tech-Savvy: Salesforce isn't a foreign concept to you; ideally, you’ve already used it hands-on.
• Drive & Mindset: Your resume shows you’re willing to go the extra mile. You’re super organized, analytical, and have the grit to see projects through to the finish line on your own.
• Communication: You’re confident, can turn complex info into easy-to-follow guides, and communicate clearly in both German and English.
