What you will do with us
- Tasks
- You create work and production plans and construction details using Cadwork 3D planning and transfer them from 2D to 3D.
- Your tasks include work preparation within the framework of the given project goals.
- Additionally, you create material lists, quantity take-offs, loading lists, and loading plans.
- You are responsible for preparing machine data for CNC joinery (CAD-CAM interface).
- In your position, you interactively exchange with internal departments such as architecture, structural planning, building physics, and fire protection, and manage interface coordination with other involved planners internally and externally.
- As a construction planner (m/f/d) in timber construction, you are responsible for BIM coordination.
- What we rely on
- Training as a carpenter, technical draftsman/designer (with a focus on timber construction), work experience as a foreman or supervisor, or a successfully completed degree in timber engineering or civil engineering.
- Good knowledge of CAD application and CAD-CAM processes.
- Good construction knowledge regarding plan creation in timber construction.
- Knowledge of CNC processing and Cadwork program knowledge is advantageous.
- Knowledge of German building regulations.
