Training and Education Coordinator (m/f/d) in Hamburg

You don't just want to organize further education, but actively shape it? You develop concepts, build structures, get people excited in training sessions, and push vocational training and personnel development forward for the long term. Then we're looking for exactly you. In this role, you'll be responsible for evolving our training and apprenticeship landscape across all our group's locations. You'll create modern learning formats, develop concepts on your own, and implement them in a practical way – from the initial idea to the actual execution.
