What you will do with us
- Tasks
- You handle the bid calculations for turnkey building construction, including the necessary quantity determination.
- You determine the costs for site setup, formwork, and equipment and contribute to optimizing the construction process.
- You create and maintain work calculations and post-calculations.
- You handle the calculation of additional work.
- You create specifications and review tender documents.
- You participate in contract negotiations.
- You prepare tenders.
- You analyze and evaluate structural documents.
- What we rely on
- Successfully completed studies in civil engineering.
- Expertise in turnkey construction.
- Proficient in RIBiTWO, basic knowledge of Astapowerproject and/or MS Project.
- Strong team spirit.
