What you will do with us
- Tasks
- You're in charge of independently handling turnkey projects.
- You have performance and results responsibility for the assigned projects.
- Additionally, you're responsible for ensuring agreed execution dates, execution quality, and work safety.
- You independently manage the assigned site management and construction site staff.
- In your role, you oversee the planning for project execution starting from the early planning phases.
- You are responsible for subcontractor management during execution.
- You are responsible for creating and enforcing change orders.
- As a Senior Construction Manager (m/f/d) in building construction, you maintain customer contacts and support the acquisition and proposal phase.
- What we rely on
- Successfully completed studies in civil engineering or a comparable qualification.
- Experience as a Senior Construction Manager or several years of experience in project management of turnkey projects.
- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and standards in the construction field.
- Very good knowledge of MS Office and RIB iTWO.
- Leadership experience, negotiation skills, and assertiveness.
- Strong social skills and team spirit.
- Entrepreneurial thinking and action.
- Commitment and independent, results-oriented working style.
