What you will do with us
- Tasks
- You will independently manage civil engineering projects in northern Germany
- You are responsible for the performance and results of the assigned projects
- You ensure the agreed execution dates and quality standards
- You lead the assigned project and construction site staff
- You are responsible for awarding subcontractor services
- What we rely on
- Leadership experience, negotiation skills, and assertiveness
- Entrepreneurial thinking and action
- Several years of experience in managing civil engineering projects
- Experience as a senior site manager or extensive experience in construction management
- Successfully completed studies in civil engineering (FH/TU)
- Commitment and independent, results-oriented work style
- Willingness to travel, sometimes for assignments beyond the region
