What you will do with us
- Tasks
- You're the go-to person for construction logistics on-site and participate in construction meetings.
- You manage supply and disposal logistics, site safety, and setup (BE).
- As the logistics manager, you ensure the quality implementation of logistics-related services on-site.
- You also monitor compliance with occupational safety regulations for your own work on the construction site.
- You check the contractually agreed services and manage any additional work.
- In your role, you coordinate on-site staffing and the quality of subcontractors' work.
- What We Rely On
- Completed vocational training in the main or secondary construction industry with leadership experience (e.g., foreman) and/or further training (foreman, master craftsman, technician, business administrator) and/or a degree in a construction-related field.
- Professional and leadership experience on construction sites in a similar role.
- Strong cost awareness, excellent communication and teamwork skills, and social competence.
- Proficient in using selected IT tools, e.g., MS Office.
- High level of goal orientation, responsibility, customer-oriented, and friendly demeanor.
- Teamwork, flexibility, organizational skills, and an independent and committed work style.
