What Matters to Us

• Completed degree (FH/TU) in civil engineering or a comparable qualification
• Several years of relevant professional experience in construction management and as a cost estimator or in a similar position
• Knowledge of MS Office and proficient use of billing and calculation programs, ideally RIB iTWO
• Independent and committed work style as well as teamwork skills
• Entrepreneurial thinking and action
• Assertiveness and communication skills

• Cost determination for construction services through own calculations and price inquiries
• Engaging internal and external experts for partial calculation services
• Responsible monitoring of calculations and bid preparations
• Consolidating individual trade calculations into a total calculation
• Creating the order calculation and identifying savings potential for the operational unit
• Supporting the group leader in creating the work calculation
• Regular information and coordination with the group or department leader on all essential technical and personnel-related tasks or issues
