What Matters to Us

• Several years of professional experience in civil and sewer construction with a focus on pipe jacking and site management
• Good user knowledge of MS Office, knowledge of a billing/calculation program (ideally iTWO) is an advantage
• Entrepreneurial thinking and action, as well as an independent, committed, and responsible working style
• Class B driver's license

Your Role with Us

We're looking for an experienced construction manager for our sites in and around Hamburg, with the following responsibilities:

• Planning and independently managing construction projects in civil and sewer construction, considering technical and economic objectives
• Preparing work calculations and calculating additional offers for the construction project
• Cost-effective and timely procurement of necessary equipment, machines, and materials in compliance with corporate guidelines
• Monitoring the construction process and conducting site result checks, as well as preparing measurements and invoices
• Regularly informing and coordinating with group or department management on all significant technical and personnel-related tasks or issues
