To strengthen our team, we're looking for a

Civil Engineer / Architect as Senior Project Manager m/f/d starting on 01.01.2026.

Your tasks:

• Managing construction sites, including coordinating all on-site companies and involved professionals
• Technical supervision of the involved specialist companies
• Leading contract negotiations and amendments with subcontractors
• Billing, checking, and approving invoices in compliance with VOB
• Monitoring structural execution according to stability proofs
• Creating and overseeing the schedule
• Conducting measurements in collaboration with executing companies
• Monitoring defects during and after construction, including documenting warranty periods
• Acquiring new projects in the Hamburg region and surroundings

What you bring:

• Completed studies in civil engineering or architecture
• 3-5 years of professional experience in the mentioned areas
• Leadership experience and negotiation skills
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented work style
• Proficient with common tendering and MS Office programs
• Excellent German language skills (C2) in speaking and writing
